The Honesuki.. the first version of this blade went to Franki over at Kitchenknifeguy for testing, I took the feedback and observations Franki provided while putting it through its paces and incorporated them into this beauty, a thicker spine, a sharper tip and a shorter neck. I have to say, incredibly happy with the results!
